Luc and his top quality wines

Luc Mounir (18), his family and 12 sheeps are producing high quality wine in the nature park Pfyn-Finges in Salgesch. Their red wine won the award «best swiss red wine 2019». And they have won 199 more awards. They are a really good example of how it is possible to produce delicious and sustainable wine (Bio as well) in the middle of a nature park –  to be more precise in the so called wine park. The guest can of course taste the wine of the Mounnir Family at Cave du Rhodan (Wine & Walk offer, Wine degustations, Tavolata) or of other producers and enjoy the amazing nature in the nature park Pfyn-Finges.

A rail way journey to the glacier

The best way to explore Switzerland is by train

Travelling by train to and through Switzerland means relaxation for travelers and nature.
Switch off, enjoy the passing nature cinema and feel good by traveling in an environmentally friendly way. We highlight the natural beauties along the Albula-Bernina line of the Rhaetian Railway, Unesco World Heritage since 2008. It’s a journey through deep gorges, dense forest, past alpine mountain lakes – and up to the glaciers, the most fragile natural beauty.
The journey ends where one only gets to by train, bike oder foot: at the historic and idyllic Hotel Ristorante Alp Grüm.
Relax your way into your Swiss holiday.

The trailmakers on mount Stoos

A spectacular ridge path connects the two peaks Klingenstock and Fronalpstock high above Lake Lucerne. Imposing abysses and a 360° panorama amaze hikers. The fact that the ridge path is so well developed and maintained is thanks to volunteer seniors such as Sepp Betschart and Gottlieb Arnold.
Their reward? The hikers’ thank-you.

From mountain peaks to peak-quality wines

To work with the forces of nature – not against them.

Standing on a glacier for the first time – a great feeling! Patrick Z’Brun is a mountain guide and likes to lead people from their comfort zone into fascinating mountain and glacier landscapes. He is constantly fascinated by the power, the elemental force of nature – and finds there inspiration for his second passion, winegrowing. Where thousands of years ago glaciers covered the valley floor, Z’Brun cultivates vines in Switzerland’s sunniest village and thus produces first-class wines.
