Originally from northern Italy, Alberto fell in love with the region when he first arrived here 7 years ago. Starting off with the best produce the region has to offer, combined with a good foundation and consistency, Radisson’s new chef transforms traditional Swiss favourites into entirely unique flavor experiences with vibrant Romansh, Italian, and French influences.
