The travel trade community is very important to Switzerland Tourism. Therefore, we have invested in an eLearning programme which is easy, interactive and a lot of fun. It consists of „core modules“ and „specialisation modules“ (e.g. Family, Lifestyle, Grand Tour of Switzerland, Swiss Travel System).

The Switzerland Travel Academy offers helpful benefits to our valued members to increase your knowledge on Switzerland.

Certification.

The process of certification is easy and free:

  1. Pass the final exam on the core modules to graduate as a Switzerland Travel Expert.
  2. You will receive the certificate that is valid until December of the following year.
  3. Every year, stay informed and renew your certificate by taking the exam of the updated “News from Switzerland” module.

After passing the core modules exams, you can continue your training to receive specialisation certificates.
