Entering Switzerland.

Fly with SWISS

SWISS offers more than 150 weekly flights from London City, Heathrow, Gatwick (seasonal), Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh to Zurich, Geneva or Sion (seasonal).
SWISS are also happy to transport your first set of ski or snowboard equipment and boots free of charge in addition to your standard free baggage allowance subject to availability.

Travel by train

Leave London at lunchtime and reach Switzerland that evening, without setting foot on a plane. Eurostar links London with Paris in 2h20. Then take a TGV-Lyria high-speed train from Paris to Geneva (3h05), Lausanne (3h39), Basel (3h03) or Zurich (4h03). It’s more comfortable, enjoyable and environmentally friendly than any flight, centre to centre with no baggage fees or airport taxes.

Drive by car

For travellers arriving by road, Switzerland is linked to Europe’s extensive motorway network. Guests need a Swiss motorway vignette which allows them to use the Swiss motorway network with their car. The motorway vignette can be delivered to guests address or picked-up at airports in Zurich, Geneva and Basel or almost every petrol station. If taking a trailer or a caravan, guests will need to purchase an extra vignette.
