The EU Regulation (2019/947) should have been adopted as of 1.7.2020, but was postponed “Corona” conditionally to 1.1.2021. Currently, a parliamentary request (exception of model aviation) is pending and thus the entry into force of the regulation is uncertain. Upon acceptance, registration and online testing as a drone pilot is mandatory.
