Through the end of May, Switzerland Tourism is partnering with Motivate, the largest bike share operator in North America, to sponsor free bike share rides in cities across North America. In Montreal, they will be offering 2-for-1 passes for the city’s BIXI bike share network.
This partnership between Switzerland Tourism and Motivate will give Montrealers and tourists the opportunity to see how convenient, fast and fun cycling can be. In Montreal, BIXI ambassadors will distribute printed postcards containing codes for 2-for-1 rides at three high traffic BIXI stations on May 4th, 5th, and 7th. These stations will be outfitted with custom station wraps with Switzerland Tourism branding. Additionally, when riders tap to view one of the twenty stations on their app, the stations will feature digital Switzerland Tourism banners. This in-app advertisement is a very first, and this feature is now possible on the new app created by Motivate.
