Fullmoon skiing, Engadine.

Friday is always a special day for keen skiers and snow- boarders in the Engadin as they head to Diavolezza. When the full moon starts to glow, the mountain railway beckons night skiers. The slopes are freshly prepared and lit only by the moonlight. The cable cars run from 7.30pm to 11pm. To replenish their strength, guests dine in the mountain restau- rant and then enjoy the panoramic views: the Piz Palü, the Bernina range and the glacier all bathed in moonlight.

Zip line adventures in Charmey.

Gliding from tree to tree riding the zip lines in Charmey feels almost like flying. The spectacular rope park in the Fribourg Alps with snow-covered fir trees makes for an extraordinary backdrop. From the starting point the cable car transports the adventurers to Vounetse at 1,600m above sea level in just a few minutes. From this great height, the breathtaking view of the Fribourg Alps extends down into the Val de Charmey and beyond to the summit of the Moléson. Fatbiking in Davos.

For snow sports enthusiasts looking for a new challenge, we present fatbiking: the monster trucks of the biking world. The Pischa near Davos is the perfect place to experience the thrill of these unique bikes. The modified mountain bikes with tyres measuring up to 12 centimetres wide are almost unstoppable. On Pischa, guests can transport the bikes using the mountain cableway for use on the specially prepared slopes.
